Hanna Amar is a dedicated Family Law attorney with extensive trial court experience and a track record of success, which also includes reaching settlements in high conflict cases through negotiation. She believes it is important to use the skills and knowledge she has acquired to provide her clients with assertive representation, as well as realistic expectations about their case, in order to help them achieve favorable results. As a devoted wife and mother herself, Hanna understands the importance of a healthy family dynamic, and providing safety and stability for the children.
Hanna was born in Michigan and grew up in Phoenix, Arizona. She received her undergraduate degree with honors in May 2012 from Arizona State University and her Juris Doctor degree with honors from Arizona Summit Law School in December 2015. Hanna became licensed to practice law in Arizona in 2016.
Hanna handles cases in the areas of divorce, custody, legal decision-making and parenting time, relocation (move-away cases), grandparent and third-party visitation and custody matters, spousal maintenance, child support, prenuptial agreements, high-asset division, and high-conflict disputes, as well as modification actions, and enforcement actions. In addition to her litigation practice, Hanna is also a Family Law Mediator.
