Logan Matura became interested in family law stemming from her deep desire to help children and families get through tough times. Logan believes in being a strong advocate for her clients and their children, and she always fights to protect their best interests.
Logan was born and raised in New York and recently moved to Phoenix to be closer to family. She received her undergraduate degree with honors in Sociology from the University of Florida. She then obtained her Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School in Manhattan, New York. During her time at law school, Logan was a member of the Family Attorneys Mobilizing club. She also served as an intern to a Family Court judge in the Bronx, NY.
When Logan is not working on family law cases, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, baking, taking group fitness classes, and watching reality TV.
Logan handles cases in the areas of divorce, custody, legal decision-making and parenting time, and relocation (move-away cases). Grandparents’ rights and third-party visitation and custody matters, spousal maintenance, child support, and high-asset division, as well as modification actions and enforcement actions.
Logan brings compassion, understanding, and professionalism to each Family Law case that she handles. She believes it is important to explore every option for settling the dispute amicably but is prepared to go to court and aggressively pursue her client’s rights if need be. Logan truly cares about each of her clients and takes her responsibility as an attorney very seriously.
