Logan Matura is a family law attorney and partner at Frank Amar Matura, based in Phoenix, Arizona, where she represents clients in a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, child custody (legal decision-making and parenting time), relocation, child support, spousal maintenance, high-asset property division, enforcement actions, modifications, and grandparents’ rights and third-party custody matters.
Logan provides practical, solutions-focused counsel to individuals and families navigating complex and high-conflict family law disputes. She emphasizes efficient resolution through negotiation and settlement when appropriate, while remaining fully prepared to litigate in court when necessary to protect her clients’ interests and achieve favorable outcomes.
Originally from New York, Logan earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, with honors, from the University of Florida, and her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from New York Law School in Manhattan. While in law school, she was a member of Family Attorneys Mobilizing and interned for a Family Court judge in the Bronx, gaining direct experience with complex family law matters and judicial decision-making.
In addition to her legal practice, Logan is actively involved in the Arizona legal and nonprofit communities. She previously served as President of the Maricopa County Bar Association Young Lawyers Division, has presented continuing legal education programs on family law topics, and was appointed by Judge Ronda Fisk to the Family Department Case Center Workgroup. She is also a graduate of the inaugural cohort of CJP NowGen’s Leadership Advancement Series (LAS) 2.0 and serves on the Board of Directors for the Bureau of Jewish Education.
Logan relocated to Arizona in 2020 and is proud to call the Valley home. Outside of her practice, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, baking, traveling, attending fitness classes, and watching reality television.
